Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using TicketFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

TicketFlow is a third-party application for HubSpot Service Hub that provides idle ticket monitoring, automated follow-up emails, contact property sync, and auto-assign functionality. The App operates by periodically scanning your HubSpot portal's ticket data and performing actions based on your configured settings.

3. Account and Access

You must have an active HubSpot Service Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription to use TicketFlow. Access is granted through HubSpot's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

TicketFlow offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier ($40/month). All new installations receive a 30-day free trial of Pro features. After the trial, Pro features are disabled unless you subscribe. Free tier features remain available indefinitely at no cost.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management link in the TicketFlow settings page. Upon cancellation, Pro features will be disabled at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Data Handling

TicketFlow accesses your HubSpot portal data solely to provide its described functionality. The App:

TicketFlow does not store ticket content or customer personal data on its servers. OAuth tokens and portal settings are stored securely in a database with row-level security enabled.

7. Availability and Support

TicketFlow is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. For support, contact support@yourticketflow.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
